Site inspection
In accordance with safety regulations, we perform a site inspection prior to booking. The sauna must have a clearance of 10 feet (3 meters) in all directions from any combustible materials to reduce fire hazards.
Rental Agreement & Payment & Waivers
After the site inspection, we will send you the rental agreement. To confirm the reservation, we require full payment along with a security deposit. Each registered individual entering the sauna must complete and sign a waiver prior to use. Paper waivers will be provided on-site.

We will arrange a convenient time for setup and delivery. Please ensure the location is accessible and ready upon our arrival. Our team will take care of the setup and provide a brief orientation on safe sauna use, as well as emergency procedures.
